Grace, Mercy & Miracles

In 2020, my best friend, Shawna, suddenly passed away. She had just celebrated her 50th birthday and had so many dreams and plans still ahead of her. This life is just a rehearsal for eternity and since no one knows how much time they have here, I hope you will take the time to read this testimony.

When I was about 45 years old, Shawna shared the Gospel with me. I was honestly shocked because no one had ever shared the gospel with me before. I had attended church a few times as a child and occasionally as an adult, but no one had ever explained the good news of Jesus Christ. Looking back, I don’t know if people assumed I already knew Him, but for 45 years, no one truly shared Him with me.

As soon as I began seeking after the Lord, He came running to me!

I became like a sponge ready to absorb all that He had for me each day. I allowed the Lord to teach me and lead me every step I took. I walked away from everything I once thought mattered and ran into the secret place, where I found everything my heart had longed to know.

I was consumed by God’s presence. His voice became so clear, His love so overwhelming, and His wisdom opened my understanding to things I had never imagined. Songs of praise filled my heart from morning until night. My family probably thought I had lost my mind and in a way, I had. I had become completely captivated by the love of my true best Friend, Jesus.

There is nothing on this earth that compares to knowing Him. His love is more beautiful than words can describe, His grace is beyond measure, and His presence satisfies every longing of the human heart. Everything that once seemed confusing becomes simple when we abide in Him.

When you are one with Him, fear loses its grip. Worry fades. Even when circumstances around you are difficult, your soul can remain anchored in a higher reality and the unchanging love and presence of Christ.

It is written, “draw near to me and I will draw near to you.” When everyone is full of love and His light is radiating from us, fear will lose its grip and sickness will pass away.

If you don’t know Jesus, call His name and ask Him to save you from eternal separation of His presence and glory.

When you don’t know what you’re missing it is hard to believe what is actually available. So BELIEVE because I am telling you it is TRUE! I would be a liar if I said I didn’t know Jesus. And I would be silent about my love for Him if I didn’t really know Him. He told me that most people who say they know Him, have never known Him. He is exactly what He says in the scriptures and He has made a way for all people to be saved. It isn’t in anything that I could do or you could do. It is ONLY in Christ Jesus that we can be saved! Ask the Lord to reveal Himself to you and ask Him to cleanse and purify your heart so you can see Him. He is perfect love and His love will transform you into someone beautiful. Is it easy? It is easy to love Him, because of the great love that He has for us! Let Him lavish it on you!
