Love Heals

There is a song from the 70’s or 80’s called Love Hurts, but the truth is that LOVE heals and LOVE is the only thing that can destroy evil completely.

Love is something that is good and not a negative emotion or feeling.  Love is beautiful and it makes the world beautiful.  A lack of love is what causes the world to become a devastating, war-torn battle zone.   The battle and wars might not be military conflicts, but they can be just as damaging to have a divided people fighting over issues like abortion, gay rights, gun control and political parties raging against each other.

I often wonder if people even know what they are so upset about when they go off on a rage at the mere mention of a political candidate that is registered to the party opposite their own.  Most of the time political candidates are arguing over issues that are not going to be resolved by them or aren’t even an issue.

I know that most people are blind to the Truth, but it is almost scary to sit back and listen to how foolish people can be about nonsense that has no point or purpose and will help no one, but it does manage to keep people divided and angry which is the only reason that we have so many issues.  It may seem like a strange thing to actually seek out the Truth of a matter and not accept the lies anymore, but the Word of God is the Only Truth that will never change or pass away.  Instead of wasting days, months, and years trying to figure out who is right and wrong over issues, we could all seek the Truth and ask God to make in us a pure heart and uphold us with a right spirit that will reveal all truth to us.

God promises to write his laws on our hearts and minds so that we no longer need anyone to teach us about him or what is right and wrong.

We receive His love and we are then able to give that love to others. When people turn and help others, love blooms and the life of Christ manifests and the people are blessed.

This is the weekend that we are all made aware of the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior who gave us the example of the greatest love when he laid down his life for his brothers and sisters. His brothers and sisters were not very kind or good obviously if they crucified him and no one fought to save him. Of course, we know that it had to be that way for God to turn that one act and sacrificial offering of selfless love into the most crucial and powerful blessing that has ever been given to us today. It is in the Truth-Jesus Christ, that we are able to see clearly the things that are of great value and what truly creates good rather than living in a world of spiritual blindness and self-seeking desires.

When a person no longer finds value in their belongings and is willing to release it all in order to help others, they are walking in divine love and unity with the Lord, because it is only when a person discovers the Truth-(Jesus Christ), that they are able to let go of the greed, envy, slander and self-seeking life. Jesus is the ONLY desire and destiny for me, because he is the most beautiful and compassionate life that is always eager to help and give whatever is needed no matter what the cost.

Jesus is not just a figure in history, he is the Truth, the Life and the Way. What is the Truth? The absolute highest understanding and the only thing that will never fail or change. God’s Word is the Truth. People can continue to fight to keep it from being made known to the children and the people in the world, but this only causes more suffering for them and the future generations. The Life and the Way are the means to which we are to follow and abide our lives with in order to have the same experience and relationship with our Heavenly Father. We are only able to go to the Father through the Life of Jesus Christ, because of what he did to obtain for us reconciliation and restoration with the Father. We are blessed when we choose to believe God’s Word over the rhetoric of the world. In fact, there is no peace for anyone who is not reconciled back to God, because those people are living under a cursed and fallen world that is defiled in sin and rejection of all the good that God has already made available for all who will believe in Jesus Christ and receive his life for their own debts owed for sin.

I hope that makes sense to anyone who is currently in need of a new life and the truth. Turn to the Lord and believe God is good and will provide and do all that He has promised for those who know and hold fast to His Covenant.

Be grateful and leave behind all negativity and wicked words and acts by trusting in good rather than believing in oppression.
