Jesus told his disciples that they needed to wait for the Holy Spirit that would be sent after he was taken up to Heaven, because a person without the baptism of fire will not be doing the works that Jesus did and greater.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit is the only way to live a supernatural life that is totally dependent on God and not ones own strength and skills. The people who are filled and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit are not needing to spend years in training by the church, because they immediately become the Church that speaks and acts and does what the Lord Jesus did!
When people insist that they have to do years of training before doing anything for God, they are wrong. Everyday is a day to honor and serve God. Believe what is written in the scriptures and act on it! Pray because you have the fire of God and the mind of Christ! Declare and decree blessings and revoke all evil over regions and cities where you go. Be flowing in the spirit to know what you are supposed to do at any moment. The Holy Spirit doesn’t lock us down and keep us from sharing the good news. He empowers and teaches us all that we need to know and leads us into all truth.
The Holy Spirit gives gifts to each as He decides. We don’t choose our calling and gifts, but we receive them and learn how to use them, and then we begin to live them out daily and seek to keep growing and becoming more and more like Jesus by believing and acting on the Word of God.
Fear must go, shame must go, immature thinking and speaking must be transformed by the renewing of the mind with the cleansing of the Word of God.
