Grace, Mercy & Miracles

I think this is worth sharing again so that people can fully understand how much more there is when it comes to letting Jesus be the Lord of your life. He isn’t a harsh King who finds faults and punishes me. He is a loving life partner who protects and covers me in His righteousness so that no one else sees my weaknesses, because His power is made perfect in those weaknesses.

As I arise to awaken the dawn with my song, I find the sweetness of my beloved King Jesus filling my heart with joy and peace.

He is the last thought before I fall asleep and the first thought when I wake. He fully has my attention and my affection because He is my greatest love and kindest friend.

When I am struggling or troubled, He gladly takes all my cares and replaces them with peace. He said to remain in His love and I would never regret a thing. I trusted him with every detail of my life and gladly accepted His plan and destiny for me.

He said there would be a great reward for not giving up when everyone around me wanted nothing to do with knowing him, and greatly mocked and made fun of me. It wasn’t possible for that to bother me because I had found the most beautiful gift and treasure that they would all some day discover too, but back then, it was only the King and I as we spent every moment praying, singing and dancing until the others all woke up and realized that I wasn’t crazy and God was always real and more than anything the world could ever give.

So I might not be important in the eyes of the world, but I was captured by a glance of His eyes, and there is nothing that could ever be of greater value then knowing the Lord and Savior of the entire creation. 

So don’t look down on me because I spent all of my last ten years focused on knowing only One thing; The Eternal King, because when He asked me to come away with Him, I didn’t make excuses but I dropped everything and went!
